I’m Maria, a certified health coach with a specialty in hormonal health and a 25+ year background in fitness and movement as a personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and Level 5 MELT Method Instructor.

Four years ago, I added health coaching to my work so I could support women on a deeper level — not just in how they move, but in how they nourish, recover, and care for their whole selves.
