Health Coach, mother, grandmother, woman in menopause living with an autoimmune condition and someone who was struggling with getting enough sleep. I'm the creator of The 6 Pillars of Wellness, a program for women in menopause striving to gain natural hormonal balance, lose weight and stay active and pain free as they age.

Years ago I started studying what happens with our hormones and body in menopause that makes our sleep so elusive. How to help ourselves improve that sleep as naturally as possible and how when we do improve our sleep all of our other health and wellness goals are more easily met.
