Healthy Chili Recipe for Super Bowl

Chili Recipe
2 pounds grass-fed ground beef
2 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced
1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves gaarlic
1 package strained Pomi tomatoes
3 cans kidney beans, or pinto, black or combination of the three, drained
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Toppings- avocado, Greek yogurt, cilantro
In a heavy bottomed Dutch oven, brown the beef, then drain and set aside. Pour olive oil in the Dutch oven and saute the onions, celery and jalapeno pepper till soft. Add the beef back in along with the tomatoes and beans. Fill the Pomi container 3/4 way full of water and pour into the pot. Add in the spices and bring to a simmer. Simmer for just under two hours, stirring frequently.
When chili is ready, pour into bowls, top with avocado, Greek yogurt and cilantro. Enjoy!
