I understand how daunting this can be. With nearly 25 years in the health and fitness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women achieve their best selves. I’ve guided countless women in losing weight, overcoming challenges like managing Hashimoto’s disease, and improving their overall health. Yet, I too faced struggles. While I was helping my clients in the gym, I noticed that outside factors—overwhelming information, lack of time, and dwindling motivation—often held them back.

I realized I needed to find a better way to support my clients and myself. Having lived with Hashimoto’s for 30 years, I felt the impact of menopause intensify my challenges. How could I empower these incredible women (and myself) to live vibrant, energetic lives? How could I help them minimize their risk of future diseases and enjoy a healthy, active second half of life? I knew they possessed inner wisdom; they understood their bodies better than anyone else. They just needed a guide to help them tap into that wisdom. That’s when I decided to become a health coach.

What Does a Health Coach Do?

As a health coach, I serve as your ally in adopting a healthier lifestyle. I ask thought-provoking questions because you hold the answers within. Together, we’ll explore your values and strengths, digging deep to achieve your health, weight loss, and wellness goals—empowering you to live the life you’ve always dreamed of.

Why Work with a Health Coach?

As a personal trainer and Pilates instructor, I witnessed my clients leave our sessions feeling invigorated and motivated. They would express excitement about their goals, but then life would intervene. They’d come back the next week feeling like they’d let me down, having struggled to maintain their commitment amidst everyday challenges. I knew I had to provide more than just a workout; I needed to offer ongoing support.

I specialize in helping women aged 50 and above lose weight, build muscle, and reduce aches and pains. My expertise also includes supporting women navigating menopause, reducing inflammation, and managing Hashimoto’s disease.

Health Coaching: Become your ally on your health and wellness journey. This six-month program includes bi-monthly sessions where we’ll cultivate lasting mind and body transformations. Together, we’ll clarify your health and wellness goals, identify what has worked for you in the past, and create sustainable action plans. I’ll be there every step of the way to help you stay accountable and make positive changes.

The 6 Pillars of Wellness: My signature program takes a holistic approach to your health, wellness, and weight loss goals. This 12-week program includes weekly sessions focused on exercise and MELT techniques, along with two health coaching calls. You’ll cultivate healthy habits around sleep, exercise, nutrition, stress relief, and mindfulness, building a strong foundation for lasting wellness.

The 6 Pillars of Wellness Group Program: Offered once a year, this program runs from January 27th to April 19th, 2025. You’ll receive the same benefits as the private version, with the added support of a group setting. I only accept 10 women each year, ensuring personalized attention for each participant.
