Have you ever said to yourself, “I’ll deal with this later.” “I’m too tired to exercise.” “I don’t have the time, money…etc.” “I need to be motivated.” What if you switch the narrative to, “I’m going to feel better.” “I can fit in 20 minutes right now.” “I’m going to save time and money by improving my health now.” “Motivation comes from action.”
Switching to a positive narrative only takes a moment and a few words. The more you tell yourself you can do it, the easier it will become.

This celebration is critical for creating the dopamine loop in your brain to establish this as a new lifestyle habit.

Self-compassion is a vital component of a healthy mindset. We can often hold ourselves to a high standard and can be overly critical when we don’t meet our expectations. However, treating ourselves with kindness and understanding is essential for maintaining a positive mindset.
